Kathira Drink
Made With MARIGOLD
Chef's Selection Evaporated Creamer & Sweetened Creamer
Ingredients
6 cups (400ml) water
1 cup (150g) coarse sugar
5 pcs pandan leaves
2 litres ice-cream soda
Salt, a pinch
1 can MARIGOLD Chef's Selection Evaporated Creamer
½ can MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer
Garnish
1 handful (15g) basil seeds, soaked
3 pcs kathira gum, soaked and rinsed
3 pcs (50g) kembang semangkuk fruit, soaked
1 cup (250g) young coconut meat
7 pcs (50g) Medjool dates, diced
½ can canned pineapple, diced
Method
Pandan Syrup:

Bring 3 cups of water, with sugar and pandan leaves to a boil. Stir until well dissolved.

Then blend and strain the pandan syrup into a big jug and set it aside.
Mixing Kathira Drink:

Add in the ice-cream soda, a pinch of salt, MARIGOLD Chef's Selection Evaporated Creamer and MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer into the pandan syrup jug.

Serve the Kathira Drink in a tall glass filled with ice. Then garnish.
Chef's Tips
You can also increase the nutritional value of the drink by adding in ½ a teaspoon of black cumin seeds.
