Avocado Egg Yogurt Sandwich
Made With MARIGOLD
Fat Free Natural Yogurt
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 ripe avocado, pit removed
140g MARIGOLD Fat Free Natural Yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 calamansi, juice extracted
2 heads romaine lettuce
1/2 loaf walnut bread, toasted
Method

Cook eggs in boiling water to make hard boiled eggs. Peel and chop.

Combine avocado, MARIGOLD Yogurt and salt in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.

Add chopped eggs to the avocado mixture. Season with pepper and calamansi juice. Mix well.

Spread on toasted walnut bread. Add romaine lettuce and serve.
Tip
Replacing mayonnaise with yogurt will give this sandwich a more refreshing taste.
